About the role
Zions Bank seeks to hire a Client Service Associate (Teller) to support the daily operations of its branches. This position involves processing transactions, addressing client needs, and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolve client issues either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring clients' needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- Experience selling products and services based on customer needs is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum pay is $17 an hour.

Pay
Minimum pay is $17 an hour.
Schedule
This position primarily supports our branches in the Cache County, Tremonton, and Brigham City area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home.
