Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Lead daily site operations, inspections, and progress meetings
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting using Procore
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and clients
  • Oversee ground-up, renovation, tenant improvement, and adaptive reuse projects
  • Support projects initially in the Charlotte metro area, followed by travel assignments across NC, SC, and TN
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction superintendent experience
  • Experience managing ground-up, upfit, renovation, or adaptive reuse construction projects
  • Proven success delivering projects in the $2M to $5M range
  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Financial institution or bank construction experience is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field operations
  • Experience using Procore project management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region

Base salary up to $140K$950/week per diem while traveling
