Traveling Superintendent - TOP ENR GC - Charlotte

Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead daily site operations, inspections, and progress meetings
- Maintain project documentation and reporting using Procore
- Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and clients
- Oversee ground-up, renovation, tenant improvement, and adaptive reuse projects
- Support projects initially in the Charlotte metro area, followed by travel assignments across NC, SC, and TN
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction superintendent experience
- Experience managing ground-up, upfit, renovation, or adaptive reuse construction projects
- Proven success delivering projects in the $2M to $5M range
- Commercial construction experience required
- Financial institution or bank construction experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field operations
- Experience using Procore project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region

Base salary up to $140K$950/week per diem while traveling
