Traveling Superintendent - Southeast General Contractor

Responsibilities

• Managing retail projects in select locations throughout the Southeast
• Working closely with the client to achieve their project goals
• Maintaining the project schedule and keeping the owner up to date with the progress
• Communicating with all necessary parties to drive a project on time and in budget

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Superintendent leading commercial construction experience
• Retail project experience is preferred but not required
• OSHA certification preferred
• Effective communication skills to interface with clients

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
