About the role
The organization is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and retail projects nationwide. Candidates must have experience delivering ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite construction operations across multiple states.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project sequencing.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce company standards.
- Coordinate project activities with owners and project management teams.
- Ensure quality control and schedule adherence.
- Oversee project turnover and closeout activities.
Requirements
- Ground-up commercial or retail construction experience required.
- 3+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects from sitework through completion.
