Traveling Superintendent - Retail Construction

Job Description

Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and client communication
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations
Travel to project locations as needed while serving as the primary onsite leader

Requirements

Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
Experience leading retail and commercial construction projects
Ability to independently manage projects valued between $1M-$10M
Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments

Benefits
