Key Responsibilities
- Provide full on-site supervision of industrial and commercial construction projects.
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety management programs.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain and update the master project schedule, including developing and managing 3-week look-ahead schedules.
- Utilize Procore for document management, RFIs, daily reports, and progress photos.
- Oversee equipment, tooling, and field resource management.
- Lead weekly meetings with owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
- Cook up inspections and maintain jobsite documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and/or industrial construction.
- Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling and site logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and Navisworks is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant university degree or diploma is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Extended travel required to oversee projects nationwide; per diem provided while traveling.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and terrain.
- Regular sitting, standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs.
- Able to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 annually

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
Extended travel required; occasional weekend work may be necessary based on project schedules.
