About the Role
We are a well-established and growing General Contractor (GC) based in Florida that specializes in hotel construction. Our work includes projects such as WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, and Extended Stay America. Due to our growth, we are currently hiring a Superintendent.
Responsibilities
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be required to travel throughout the East Coast to manage various projects.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
- Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction
- Experience with ground-up construction projects
- ProCore experience
- Ability to travel throughout the East Coast
