Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong field leadership and effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Participate in project handoff and preconstruction meetings to establish execution strategies.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain construction schedules, manpower plans, and equipment requirements.
- Oversee all field operations to ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain progress toward key project milestones.
- Assist with project cost tracking and reporting to support profitability goals.
- Review and approve field purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and project documentation.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and schedule impacts.
- Complete daily reports detailing site activities, safety observations, client interactions, and project updates.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all phases of construction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5-25+ years of experience serving as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Strong working knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands associated with active construction sites, including extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting where necessary.
