Necessary qualifications

  • 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent on warehouse or distribution center projects that are a minimum of 100k sq ft.
  • At least five years of recent experience working within the Southeast.
  • Willing to travel nationally.
  • Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
