Who are we?
We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. You’ll need 5-25 years of experience leading ground-up, cold storage or light industrial construction projects, 100K sq ft and above. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the construction and administrative activities associated with the field operations of a project from day one!

Necessary qualifications
- 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent on warehouse or distribution center projects that are a minimum of 100k sq ft.
- At least five years of recent experience working within the Southeast.
- Willing to travel nationally.
- Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
- Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
