Description

The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Cook with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project progress and quality standards.
  • Monitor safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations on all job sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential challenges and implement solutions proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
  • Ensure that materials and resources are utilized efficiently to manage budgets effectively.
  • Travel to various project locations as required to oversee construction activities.
