About the role
Manage day-to-day on-site operations to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Oversee site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and local building codes.
Resolve on-site challenges and address any project delays effectively.
Maintain clear and open communication with project managers and the broader construction team.
Serve as a liaison between the client and the construction team.
