Traveling Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for each phase of work.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Understand project information to identify obstacles and opportunities.

Requirements

• Concrete construction expertise.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• 4+ years of experience with self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Commercial and/or industrial project experience.

Essential Skills

• Experience with data centers, hospitals, educational, industrial, and parking garage projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Full employee benefits from health, 401k, and extra incentives.
