Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities at assigned project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to keep work aligned with project schedules.
• Review project plans and specifications to guide field execution.
• Track site progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Identify site issues and work with the project team to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor work quality and address items that do not align with project requirements.
• Maintain organized site records, including daily activity updates.
• Travel to project locations as required to oversee construction operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Ground-up Construction Experience Required
• Experience managing project schedules and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and building practices
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Permanent Traveling Superintendent position.

Salary range: USD 130,000 to USD 16,000.
