A well-established commercial construction contractor delivering retail and commercial projects for nationally recognized brands across the central and southern United States.

About the Role

You'll take full responsibility for site operations from mobilization through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Maintaining safe, organised and productive job sites.
• Working closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conducting site meetings, inspections and quality checks.
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent within commercial TI construction.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and construction sequencing.
• A proactive approach to site safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home as projects require.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, remodel or multi-site projects is highly desirable.
