Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction and installation of large-scale commercial solar projects from start to finish.
- Ensure quality control, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, crew members, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident job site.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to problem-solve and optimize site operations.
- Maintain daily reports, track progress, and communicate updates with leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or commercial construction supervision.
- 3+ years of people leadership in commercial construction.
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to enable growth and development.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, racking, foundations, and electrical infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and drive projects to completion.
- OSHA 30 certification or higher.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Willingness to travel to anywhere in the United States to project sites as needed.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $92,520 - $152,200 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
Schedule
This role requires up to 100% travel.
