Traveling Superintendent
The Opportunity
Lead nationwide warehouse tenant improvement projects
Manage fast paced commercial renovations and buildouts
Oversee projects ranging from $2M to $3M
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality
Be the boots on the ground leader driving successful project execution
Ideal Background
Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
Experience with warehouse TI, industrial projects, retail buildouts, or commercial renovations
Strong ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable traveling nationwide

$90,000 - $115,000/annum
Schedule
Projects typically run 3 to 6 months, and you can expect to be home every 2 to 4 weeks. When projects are between phases, you’ll have the ability to work alongside the team in the Pittsburgh office while preparing for the next assignment.
