Responsibilities
- Leading crews installing slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation systems
- Creating and executing safety plans—protecting your people is priority #1
- Managing schedule, production, and budget performance
- Handling documentation: daily logs, photos, as-builts, checklists, compliance
- Coaching and developing crew members; conducting performance reviews and corrective actions
- Coordinating crew travel and logistics with partners in Travel and Project Management
- Ensuring equipment maintenance and jobsite organization
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in construction in Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil or similar industries managing projects that involve similar drilling, shotcrete, slope or soils work.
- 1+ year in lead hand, foreman or working superintendent roles
- Ability to read scopes, specs, drawings, and execute a project plan
- Experience motivating crews and leading high-quality work
- Strong communication—clear, direct, solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities while keeping the crew aligned
- Flexibility to travel and adjust schedules as needed
- Driver’s license (CDL A is a plus)
