About the role
The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects across multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage team of local supervisors and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Communicate directly with clients and contractors to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at each site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The Traveling Superintendent works a flexible schedule that includes both day and night shifts, with an average of 40 hours per week.
