The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects across various sites. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects at multiple sites
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
