The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair projects across various locations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and repair projects at assigned locations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with local contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with facility managers and other stakeholders
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Perform site inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a construction or maintenance environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
