About the role
Manage all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Cook up coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Travel nationally to various project sites as required.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Pass a background and drug test for Federal work.
- 5+ years experience managing construction projects within federal and government contracting.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and safety standards in construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel nationally for extended periods.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
