About the role

Manage all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal and government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Travel nationally to various project sites as required.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • Pass a background and drug test for Federal work.
  • 5+ years experience managing construction projects within federal and government contracting.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and safety standards in construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for extended periods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
