About the role

Lead $10M-$50M federal projects with high visibility impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with federal contract requirements
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting across all phases
  • Lead coordination across site development, vertical construction, MEP, and specialty systems
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Act as the primary liaison with federal clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement processes, and change orders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring cost efficiency and performance outcomes
  • Drive client satisfaction while building long-term relationships and future opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction experience across field and project management
  • Proven experience delivering federal construction projects (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA or similar)
  • Experience managing Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects
  • Track record delivering projects ranging from $10M to $50M
  • Strong leadership experience managing superintendents, engineers, and project teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Kahua, and RMS
  • Able to travel extensively (approx. 50%) and support on-site coverage when needed
  • Able to obtain or hold a Secret Clearance
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
