Primary Responsibilities
- Travel and support branches within your assigned region by performing on-site equipment service, maintenance, and repairs.
- Address hard and soft down equipment, conduct machine inspections, and prepare units for use.
- Work closely with customers, troubleshoot issues using real-time diagnostic tools, and apply your electrical and hydraulic expertise to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.
- Aid with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
- Assist with other duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications Required
- Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools, schematics and diagrams.
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Active applicable state class driver's license.
- Construction knowledge and background preferred.
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen.
