What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising rope access technicians on complex restoration and repair projects
- Planning daily work activities and coordinating field operations with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Performing and overseeing facade restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, structural strengthening, and building envelope work
- Conducting pre-task planning, safety meetings, and site-specific training
- Mentoring and developing rope access technicians and future field leaders
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Traveling extensively to support projects throughout the U.S.
What We're Looking For
- Current SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 certification
- 5+ years of construction or industrial rope access experience
- Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating project execution
- Background in concrete repair, facade restoration, waterproofing, structural strengthening, coatings, or related specialty contracting work
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at heights in a variety of environments
