About the role
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Travel within and outside of your home state, including overnight hotel stays
- Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Work independently with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Comfortable with regular travel (up to 50% or more of the time)
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Successful team-building skills
