Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies.
- Provide care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
- Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice and standards.
- Practice within legal and professional guidelines as outlined by state licensure and nursing standards.
- Work in Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care (Level 1 and 2), delivering patient‑centered care, education, and clinical interventions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the facility.
- Competency in certifications relevant to the role.
Schedule
