About the role
Aria Care Partners is a national provider of on-site dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care to over 3500 skilled nursing facilities. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide essential hygiene services and collaborate with dental professionals and facility staff.
Responsibilities
- Review patients' lists and ensure all supplies/equipment are available.
- Transport, set-up, and take-down equipment and supplies as needed.
- Coordinate patient transfers and handle any issues related to transport.
- Perform required dental care, including taking X-rays, cleaning teeth, and applying sealants.
- Communicate with patients about procedures and follow up with facility staff.
- Enter chart notes into Salesforce and ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain dental equipment and inventory supplies as needed.
- Travel within a 3-hour radius using personal vehicle, with overnight lodging and meals provided for longer distances.
Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing with 5 years of experience.
- Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
- Own reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Customer service skills to work with nursing home staff.
- Computer skills to log chart notes at the time of visit.
- Organization to manage supplies and daily schedules.
- Multi-tasking ability to address multiple demands.
- Effective communication with clinical coordinator, patients, and facility staff.
