Responsibilities
- Travel to selected communities, portfolio-wide, as directed.
- Interact with other field-based teammates in accordance with Michaels’ mission statement and core values.
- Conduct applicant interviews and determine eligibility.
- Cookordinate on-site data collections and processing of resident information.
- Schedule resident recertification interviews.
- Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels, etc. and the completion of the (re)certification.
- Cookordinate apartment inspections for recertifications (in tandem with the Rental Manager).
- Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy.
- Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- Three or more years’ experience with affordable multifamily housing management.
- LIHTC, Section 8, USDA-RD and other housing experience essential.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of college preferred.
- Must provide own transportation when needed.
- Must be able to travel regularly.
- Remote assignments and related travel may constitute 95%+ of the working hours for this position.
- Must be able to multi-task with specific time constraints.
- Experience with RealPage, YARDI, ResMan and/or other industry-related software essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Pay
$55,000 to $65,000 Annual Salary
