Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain railroad cars
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
- Maintain and repair railroad equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in rail operations or maintenance
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Qualifications
- Knowledge of rail safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Skills
- Proficient in rail operation procedures
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
