About the role

Responsibilities
- Inspect railroad cars for damage and defects
- Maintain and repair railroad equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Document findings and maintenance activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and climbing
- Knowledge of rail transportation systems
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Experience with rail inspection tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
Skills
- Proficient in using rail inspection tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
