A Day In The Life Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projectsCollaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activitiesAnalyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditionsMaintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadershipPrepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholdersSupport procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project deliveryPerform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenariosAssist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation when neededEnsure schedule accuracy through regular site visits and coordination meetingsServe as the scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects Necessary Qualifications 5+ years of construction scheduling experienceDirect experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects is preferredAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft ProjectStrong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP-driven schedulesAbility to communicate schedule risks clearly to project leadershipWillingness to travel and support projects on-site as neededBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field What We Can Offer You At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
