Project Scheduler (Data Center)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team supporting the delivery of large-scale data center projects. This is an on-site role supporting our data center project in Spartanburg, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting integrated project schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and project closeout. This role supports mission-critical facilities where schedule certainty, systems turnover, and operational readiness are essential to successful project delivery.
The role requires a strong understanding of construction project execution and the ability to effectively coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can translate complex project information into actionable schedule insights, identify risks before they become issues, and drive successful project outcomes. A key differentiator is the expectation that the scheduler understands not only engineering and construction activities, but also system turnover, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will develop and manage schedules that support projects through final system acceptance, integrated systems testing, commissioning, and successful handover to the client.
