Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple automated equipment installation projects from planning through completion.
- Lead teams on job sites, setting priorities and managing labor and material schedules.
- Drive performance to meet or exceed project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct daily oversight of workforce, project progress, safety, and compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer communication and on-site coordination.
- Monitor and instruct job time reporting and adherence to procedures.
- Champion safety, 5S, and workplace standardization initiatives.
- Cook up training, safety, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement programs.
- Participate in installation planning and equipment layout reviews.
- Document and address performance and conduct issues in collaboration with HR and leadership.
- Regularly report on project status and challenges to the Director of Project Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or field leadership, with automation installation experience preferred.
- A High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or college coursework preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
- Strong team leadership and workforce management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Knowledge of mechanical, rigging, electrical, and IT installation procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Familiarity with 5S, lean principles, workplace safety, and buyoff procedures.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
