Responsibilities
- Aid in project safety compliance efforts.
- Support the understanding and distribution of job cost information and project estimates.
- Contribute to project sequencing and scheduling efforts.
- Track project progress and analyze production.
- Assist with project cost reporting and other administrative duties.
- Support material/equipment procurement processes.
- Handle change order requests and track them.
- Coordinate with general contractors/owners under supervision.
- Assist with reporting requirements, including field time and productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects.
Qualifications
- A degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant construction experience.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of construction software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a team.
- An attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- The ability to adapt to different roles and requirements within the project lifecycle.
