Traveling Plumbing Superintendent

About the role

This is a field leadership position responsible for executing plumbing scopes on large-scale projects across multiple states. You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate manpower and materials, and drive productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule. Our teams work in some of the most advanced construction environments in the country, including data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, mission‑critical facilities, and large‑scale commercial & industrial projects. Locations include AZ, TX, UT and many more.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones
• Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship
• Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress
• Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout

Requirements

• 5+ years of plumbing field leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading large‑scale commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, codes, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple work activities
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
