Traveling Electrical Superintendent
Amteck is currently looking to hire Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents for our Service Department. You will be traveling to projects across the country to lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices. We are looking for people who are interested in working with a company that promotes growth and longevity within the trade. In 1977 Amteck was founded in Central Kentucky with the belief that growth only comes by listening and responding to both clients and employees. Four decades later, Amteck has grown from a small electrical contracting firm to a national leader in the design/build support electrical contracting industry. Amteck specializes in facility growth expansion initiatives of companies that operate in the manufacturing, industrial, process, food, and beverage, hospitality, healthcare, distribution facilities, and commercial and institutional sectors. The number one goal is the Safety of our Employees and maintaining our culture and core values: THE AMTECK WAY – SAFETY, QUALITY, & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
That seems good. Responsibilities: leading teams, traveling, ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction, supervising electricians/apprentices, maybe also ability to install conduit etc? But those are more skill-based. However we could list responsibilities as: traveling to project sites, leading and supervising teams of electricians and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards, overseeing installation of electrical systems, interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting and repairing faults, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include those duties here. Let's list responsibilities as bullet list: - Travel to projects across the country - Lead and supervise teams of Electricians and Apprentices (size 5-10) - Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction (THE AMTECK WAY) - Install conduit, wire, and cable systems as required - Read and interpret blueprints - Install and terminate panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment - Troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment, or systems - Oversee low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation work (training available) But note that some of these are also requirements; but it's okay to duplicate? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but might be redundant. However we could avoid duplication by placing skill/training in Skills section and responsibilities focusing on supervisory and travel aspects. But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. If we put installation tasks under Responsibilities, we still have them. If we also put them under Skills, that's duplication but still preserves info. The instruction didn't forbid duplication. It said preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. However we should aim for few substantive sections over many thin ones; duplication may increase sections but not necessarily thin. Might be okay. But we could assign installation tasks to Skills, and responsibilities to supervisory/travel. Let's see. Requirements: list the explicit requirements: 10+ years experience, Master Electrician License preferred, ability to install conduit..., ability to read blueprints, ability to install/terminate panels..., ability to troubleshoot..., OSHA10 preferred, Conveyer/press experience preferred, Experience supervising a team of 5-10. Skills: list training for low voltage, fire alarm, controls, instrumentation, ability to diversify skill set, etc. Benefits: list 401k, Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, Computer or tablet, Phone allowance, Opportunity for overtime, Per Diem while travelling. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "Preferred but not required" is okay; it's specific. Now produce HTML. We'll usefor each section heading. Inside each section, we can have

- for lists.
We need to decide where to use prose vs list.
About the role: prose paragraph(s). Could be one

Now let's craft content.
