About the role
Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain project visibility and alignment
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
