Traveling MEP Superintendent, Data Center Construction

We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects. You'll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery. A Day In The Life Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projectsCoordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsEnsure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standardsManage subcontractor performance and resolve field issuesMonitor project schedule and report progress to project management teamConduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systemsCollaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionalityMaintain accurate documentation of field activities and testingLead daily coordination meetings with trade partners Necessary Qualifications Ability to travel to project sites as neededPossess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residenceBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred510 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsExperience with commissioning and integrated systems testingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management softwareExcellent leadership and communication skillsOSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocolsPossess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence What We Can Offer You Vehicle allowance, per diem, and living expenses on traveling jobsAn airplane ticket home every 2 weeks when travelingBusiness expenses and mileage reimbursementIndustry-leading performance-based bonus programEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Traditional and Roth 401kTuition reimbursement for associatesScholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel1-week paid volunteer leave each year100% charitable matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coveragePaid parental leave Typical base compensation for the Superintendent role is between $90,000.00 - $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range.
