Traveling Mechanical Construction Project Manager

We are partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor seeking a driven leader to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects across the United States. Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field personnel.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Travel to project sites as needed throughout the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience.
• Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).
• Willingness to travel.
