Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects. This pivotal role involves leading project teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of project execution. Responsibilities Lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and customer satisfaction.Enforce company policies and regulations, taking disciplinary actions when necessary, and report all incidents to senior management.Instruct and assist team members to install and execute projects safely and efficiently, adhering to quality standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites.Coordinate all subcontractors, electrical teams, surveyors, civil inspectors, and other project stakeholders.Assist in scheduling workforce and project timelines in collaboration with senior management.Ensure all personnel are properly trained in safety and quality procedures.Confirm the availability of necessary materials and equipment to facilitate smooth project progress.Document all accidents and file required reports promptly.Support hiring efforts to meet project staffing needs.Review project documentation for cost savings and process improvements.Maintain quality standards and gather documented evidence of compliance.Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Work with procurement to order materials and maintain appropriate inventory levels.Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the installation team.Act as the primary contact for issues related to customers or suppliers on-site.Schedule and perform routine maintenance on company-owned equipment.Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs. Requirements Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management required; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction, installation, and quality systems, with utility-scale or commercial/industrial projects preferred.Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.Electrical installation experience (AC/DC) is a plus.Certifications: NABCEP Certified Installation Professional and MIOSHA 30 Certification required.Willingness to travel as needed, including day travel and overnight stays.Demonstrated success in improving quality, safety, productivity, and housekeeping standards.Basic operational knowledge of relevant construction equipment and tools.Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate team members.Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Full mobility in upper and lower body; capable of working in various physical positions including stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.Good vision and the ability to work in diverse environments.Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours daily, including in physically demanding conditions.
