Responsibilities
- Work with TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, Modbit, and other low-slope roofing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for complex roofing projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment (including cranes or lifts), and apply fabrication techniques.
- Manage construction sites with strong organizational skills.
- Perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites.
- Travel frequently between job sites while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of industry experience.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder with Security Clearance.
- Willingness to travel to job locations for months at a time.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred.
- Manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
