Traveling low slope Roofer -Sheet Metal and Wall Panels - Federal/Military

Responsibilities

• Install exterior wall systems including metal panels, custom facades, and cladding.
• Ensure buildings are weatherproof through complex transitions between walls and rooflines.
• Apply advanced waterproofing techniques in high-elevation environments.
• Manage high-end architectural wall panel installations using roofing expertise.
• Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites.
• Utilize blueprint reading and schematic knowledge for complex projects.
• Perform construction site management tasks with excellent organizational skills.
• Ensure seamless, watertight connections at parapets, eaves, and transition points.

Requirements

• Large commercial experience preferred.
• Federal and Military experience a huge plus.
• Insulated Wall Panel installation experience.
• Standing Seam and Metal roofing experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques.
• Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites.
• US Citizen or Green card holder with Security Clearance.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred; manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel frequently between job sites while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
