Traveling low slope Roofer -Sheet Metal and Wall Panels - Federal/Military

Responsibilities

• Install exterior wall systems such as metal panels, custom facades, and cladding
• Ensure buildings are weatherproof
• Manage complex transitions between walls and rooflines
• Apply advanced waterproofing techniques
• Handle high-elevation environments
• Install high-end architectural wall panels
• Utilize roofing expertise to ensure seamless, watertight connections at parapets, eaves, and transition points
• Perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
• Work with hands and power tools, and operate heavy equipment including cranes or lifts
• Fabricate and assemble complex projects according to blueprints and schematics
• Manage construction sites with excellent organizational skills
• Comply with building codes and maintain high standards of safety and quality

Requirements

• Large commercial experience preferred
• Federal and Military experience a huge plus
• Insulated Wall Panel installation experience
• Standing Seam and Metal roofing experience required
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques
• Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills
• US Citizen or Green card holder with Security Clearance
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred; manufacturer-specific training is a plus
