Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $67.30 - $74.52/hr.

About the Role

The general contractor is working on a large-scale industrial campus expansion in Charleston, SC, which includes high-end interior finish-out on new office towers. They need an Interior Superintendent to own the interior finishes scope end to end.

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of interior finishes: drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, millwork, painting, trim
• Experience with shop drawing/submittal review, mock-ups, and punch list closeout
• Comfortable with a demanding schedule, including night shifts and limited time off-site

Requirements

• 8-12 years of commercial construction experience
• Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment
