Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $67.30 - $74.52/hr.

About the Role

They need an Interior Superintendent to own the interior finishes scope end to end. Duties include drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, millwork, painting, trim, shop drawing/submittal review, mock-ups, and punch list closeout.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with a demanding schedule, this includes night shifts and limited time off-site

Requirements

• 8-12 years of commercial construction experience
• Direct ownership of interior finishes
• Experience with shop drawing/submittal review, mock-ups, and punch list closeout
