$25–$32 per year. $2,000 hiring bonus for Journeyman electricians with 2 years of experience as a journeyman.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years industrial electrical experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, e-plans, and specifications
• Knowledge of power, controls, automation, and network systems 1000 volts and less
• Ability to meet new clients and secure new projects
• Ability to track projects, order materials, bill customers, and manage manpower
• Understanding of project scope and customer needs
• Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to perform take-offs and estimate small to medium size projects
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
