About the role

3-month contract position in Sedona, Arizona with a $500 completion bonus. We are looking for candidates who are ready to travel immediately.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain rooms, suites, and indoor common areas
• Replenish linens, remove trash, and maintain a spotless environment
• Report lost-and-found items and assist with guest deliveries
• Occasionally assist with furniture movement and storage management
• Work efficiently to meet quality and performance expectations
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

Requirements

• U.S. citizens or work-authorized individuals only (no visa sponsorship or foreign worker programs at this time)
• Dependable and hardworking individuals seeking temporary employment
• Hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
• Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, move, lift (up to 25 lbs), bend, reach, ascend/descend, and perform repetitive motions
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities

Pay

• Piece-rate pay based on the number of rooms cleaned
• Guaranteed "True-Up" – if total piece-rate earnings do not meet the prevailing wage of $16.32 per hour, the employer will pay the difference
