About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Traveling Food Service Worker to join our team in the Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Tamarac, FL areas. This is an on-call, flexible position requiring travel throughout zip codes 33325, 33321, and 33301.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with meal prep and food service
- Maintaining sanitary and safe work conditions
- Setting up and breaking down serving areas
- Following school nutrition guidelines and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to students and staff
Requirements
- Flexible schedule and ability to work on short notice
- Willingness to travel throughout designated zip codes
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Prior food experience is a plus, but training is provided
- Cashiering experience is a plus
