We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of travel-based team, 100% travel, splicing, testing, installing fiber infrastructure, training, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties: fiber fundamentals and installation, cable preparation, splicing, testing, documentation, safety and professionalism. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements list. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Experience? Could be separate. - Skills: maybe not explicit; but we could include required skills like fiber splicing, etc. However we should not invent sections without content. The posting includes "Required Minimum Requirements" and "Preferred Experience". Could treat "Qualifications" as the minimum requirements, and "Preferred Experience" as "Preferred Qualifications". But we need to decide. - Benefits: listed: 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, disability, PTO, holidays, training support, per diem. - Pay: $30-40/hour (mentioned twice). So we need Pay section. - Schedule: not explicitly given besides 100% travel role. Could infer schedule is travel-based, but not explicit. The rule: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like "full-time", "shift", etc. So we should not include Schedule. - About the role: we have a paragraph at start. - Responsibilities: we have bullet-like paragraphs under "What You'll Be Doing" with subheadings: Fiber Fundamentals and Installation, Cable Preparation, Splicing, and Testing, Documentation, Safety and Professionalism. We can turn each into
  • items. - Requirements: list under "Required Minimum Requirements". We'll output as
    • . - Preferred Experience: could be under "Preferred Qualifications" or "Skills". Since we have a section for Skills maybe we can put preferred experience there. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Preferred into one "Qualifications" section with two sublists? But rule: use

for section headings. Could have "Qualifications" heading and then separate
for minimum and another for preferred? Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. Better: Have sections: About the role (

        About the role

        ), Responsibilities (

        Responsibilities

        ), Requirements (

        Requirements

        ), Preferred Qualifications (

        Preferred Qualifications

        ), Benefits (

        Benefits

        ), Pay (

        Pay

). That seems appropriate. Check each for real content: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes (list of duties). - Requirements: yes (minimum requirements). - Preferred Qualifications: yes (Preferred Experience bullet list). - Benefits: yes. - Pay: yes. We must not include Schedule. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include EEO statement. We must not include navigation/legal. We must not duplicate lines. We must preserve all substantive info. Now format. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

        About the role

LINX is hiring Fiber Technicians for its travel-based team that deploys to enterprise, hyperscale, and hyperscale data center builds across the country. This is a 100% travel role. You will work project to project across the country, splicing, testing, and installing fiber infrastructure alongside experienced technicians who will train you on ribbon and single fiber fusion splicing, inspection scopes, and Visual Fault Locators. If you want to work in a trade that stays in demand as data centers and fiber networks expand nationwide, and you want to see the country while you do it, this is the role for you.

        Responsibilities

        • Identify fiber optic color codes, ribbon numbering, and cable types including ribbon, loose tube, armored, distribution, and micro cable
        • Handle fiber optic cable while maintaining bend radius and cable integrity
        • Install fiber raceway, basket tray, ladder rack, Unistrut, and cable supports
        • Assist with fiber termination, panel installation, and splice enclosure installation
        • Label cables, panels, and splice trays accurately
        • Prepare fiber cables, closures, and enclosures for splicing, including ribbon separation and loose tube access
        • Perform ribbon and single fiber fusion splicing under the direction of experienced technicians
        • Clean and prepare fibers for splicing using proper fiber preparation hand tools
        • Use inspection scopes and Visual Fault Locators to verify splice quality
        • Assist with fiber testing, basic troubleshooting, and restoration activities under supervision
        • Complete daily paperwork and production reports accurately for each project site
        • Document splice results, test data, and as built information
        • Maintain accurate labeling and organization of fiber infrastructure records
        • Follow company safety policies, client site procedures, and direction from crew leadership at every project location
        • Maintain accountability for company tools, materials, and equipment across multiple job sites
        • Keep work areas organized and properly dispose of fiber shards and jobsite waste
        • Represent LINX professionally at every customer site nationwide, including sites with strict client access and conduct standards

        Requirements

        • 1-2+ years experience with telecommunications, structured cabling, electrical, or low-voltage commercial construction
        • 6 months fiber splicing experience
        • Familiarity with fiber optic cable types and color codes
        • Exposure to fiber optic testing utilizing OTDR’s
        • 1+ year experience working in commercial facilities or data centers
        • 1+ year experience with cable tray, ladder rack, raceway, Unistrut, or other cable support systems
        • 1+ year experience using basic fiber optic hand and preparation tools
        • Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a continuous basis
        • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
        • Ability to work effectively as part of a traveling field crew, including with crew members and leadership you have not worked with before

        Preferred Qualifications

        • Experience working in hyperscale data centers
        • High density ribbon fiber splicing experience of 864 strand or higher
        • Prior hyperscale or enterprise ISP fiber deployment experience

        Benefits

        • 401(k) with 50% employer match on the first 5% contributed

        • Short and long-term disability coverage
        • 3 weeks PTO (vacation and sick combined)
        • 8 paid holidays
        • Manufacturer training and certification support
        • Meals & Incidental Per Diem paid for all travel

        Pay

        $30.00 to $40.00/hour

Check for any duplicated content: we have Pay repeated in posting; we output once. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Equal Opportunity Statement", "evergreen posting", etc. We omitted. Check for any mention of "About LINX" paragraph: we omitted that because it's company description, not about the role? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "About LINX" is not one of those headings; it's company overview. Should we include it? The instruction says to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The "About LINX" is substantive but not one of the prescribed headings. However we could treat it as "About the role"? But it's about the company, not the role. The instruction list includes "About the role" as example. So we should not include a section about the company unless it's about the role. The posting includes a paragraph about LINX at the end; but we could consider that as part of "About the role"? Might be stretching. The instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid including other sections not in the list, but the list is examples. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use other headings if needed, but they gave examples. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could add a heading "About LINX" if we want, but it's not in the examples. However the examples are not exhaustive; they just give examples. The important is to use

for section headings. So we could add

        About LINX

with that paragraph. But is that considered boilerplate? It's substantive company info. The instruction didn't forbid it. However the goal is to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Usually you'd include company overview. But the examples didn't include it; but they said "e.g." meaning examples. So it's okay. But we need to consider if we should include it. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding About LINX adds another section. It's substantive though. Could be okay. But we also have "About the role" already covering the role description. The company description might be considered extra but still relevant. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid company overview. I'll include About LINX as a section. But we need to check if any content is duplicated: The About LINX paragraph is distinct. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, About LINX. We must ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "This is an evergreen posting and applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis as hiring needs arise." That's boilerplate/application instruction; we should remove. Also "Founded in 2003 by working industry practitioners, LINX has grown into a national commercial low voltage contractor with completed projects in all 50 states. LINX's dedicated fiber deployment team is built to meet the accelerating demand for high-density fiber infrastructure across enterprise and hyperscale data center construction. As data center buildouts continue to scale nationally, the Fiber Specialist track is becoming one of the fastest-growing technical career paths inside LINX, with a direct line into technical leadership and training roles within the company." That's substantive about LINX; we included. Now check for any other details: "Pay : $30.00 to $40.00/hour" and later "Compensation And Benefits Pay Rate: $30.00 to $40.00
