Traveling Fabrication Specialist - Industrial Welder

About the role

This is a full-time position with a minimum 40 hours/week, 10–12 hour shifts, periodic travel (10–30 days) with lodging and per diem provided, and local work between travel contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of construction plan execution across the U.S.
• Management of travel logistics
• Communication between the shop and the field
• Operating and maintaining heavy equipment
• Maintenance of deadlines and productivity
• Cross-training and serving as a backup for team roles

Requirements

• 5+ years welding experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass FCAW welding test (1G–4G) within 4 weeks of hire (company reimbursement for passing tests)
• Own hand and power tools (cordless only)
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
